Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are currently available for delivery to 26000+ pin codes all over India. We will not be able to fulfill the orders placed outside from these pin codes at this time.

Delivery Time

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1-2 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Delivery Instructions

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1-2 business days of the date of your order. To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please make sure you provide complete address details with full name, contact number, house number, floor, street name and locality along with a landmark. All the shipping details you enter while placing your order should be correct, else it may cause delay in the delivery.

Return Policy

Every product sold at www.nomaadi.in is covered under our 7 Days Replacement or Return Guarantee. This applies to all products EXCEPT FACE MASKS.

If you face any manufacturing defects or you get a damaged or defective product, we will either refund your money or will give you a replacement if you report it to us within 7 days of the delivery.

In order to get a defective item replaced or return the item that does not fit you, contact our Customer Service department via email at sales@nomaadi.com within 5 days from the date of delivery. The defective product will be picked up by our delivery partner within 3-5 business days and a replacement will be shipped immediately, or we will refund your money.

P.S: Due to Covid-19 Pandemic, currently return of goods is on hold as per the guidelines.

Terms and Conditions:

Any products not in its original condition will not be covered under our 7 Day Replacement or Return Guarantee.
If the product is returned without original packaging or without original invoice, customer would not be eligible for replacement or return.
Make sure the tag attached to the product is not removed by you if you wish to return or replace that product.

Cancellation

To cancel an order, send us an email at sales@nomaadi.com with your order number and specify the reason for cancellation, if any & we will get back to you asap.

NOTE : The order can only be cancelled if the package is not shipped.
